Benjamin M. Spruch

Ben enjoys the challenges of a technical, yet personal practice focusing on estate planning, probate, trusts, business and tax matters. Starting his legal career at a “Big Four” accounting firm just after receiving his Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in tax, Ben enjoys identifying and overcoming obstacles for his clients in the most effective and efficient manner. He is passionate about helping you succeed—whether you are planning your estate, figuring out the best legal form for your new business, or unraveling complex tax issues. Ben faces each representation with the right combination of intellectual enthusiasm and practical sensibility that only comes from really listening to you and understanding your concerns and goals.
